Living our life from our hearts. What this means for me is freedom.
An incredible feeling of love and freedom.
This week I heard two times from two different sources someone mentioning how in general people don’t know how good they can feel.
And this resonated with me.
I definitely didn’t know how good one could feel before coming across this understanding.
How much love and happiness one could experience.
It wasn’t until I unlocked the feeling of love from within me.
And it may sound more difficult than what it is.
In reality everything happened very effortlessly for me.
Not in a sense that I didn’t experience any suffering before. And even after.
But in a sense when my own understanding deepened and I experienced my own insights there was nothing for me to do.
Nothing.
Experiencing that new level of love and happiness was a new reference point for me.
A place I would always return to when I allowed my mind to relax.
It was my new normal.
This had a huge shift on how I lived my life and experienced my relationships from that point on.
It was something so new to me at that time, yet something that is so ordinary when we are blessed to experience it.
From then on I have seen it around me everywhere.
I have seen mothers whose love for their children is so deep and unconditional.
I have seen women who have followed their true passion, and created something so beautiful when it comes to their careers, that one can sense what they do is made out of love.
I have seen my parents playing with their grandchildren with that same level of joy and love.
And I have seen that love in the eyes of my partner so many times, that I can only feel grateful what I get to experience.
It’s so ordinary, yet so extraordinary.
And the only thing we need to do is to allow ourselves to be lifted from our thinking to our hearts.
It’s not even something that we may self do, but rather something that is happening through us.
When we identify ourselves less with our own thinking, and more with that who we truly are.
When we recognize how the source of it is always within us. Not outside of us.
The source of love is within us.
With love,
Heidi
