Experiencing that peace of mind is our natural state of being.
There’s nothing we need to do. Nothing we need to practice.
It’s only when we forget we fall out of this natural state of ours.
When we forget who we are from the essence of our being. And learn this way to use our minds that can at some point turn against us.
We learn to use our minds to process and analyze information, which can help us a great deal when it comes to living in the world we have created.
Yet, if we forget where we have come from, if we forget what is who we are from the core of our being, we may easily get lost.
We may get lost in our thinking. Our fears, insecure thoughts and anxious thinking.
Finding that peace of mind is going within again.
Turning within, instead of focusing on the outside.
Taking a step back, instead of taking one forward.
Doing less, instead of doing more.
Getting more quiet.
Recognizing more who we truly are, instead of getting caught up in our thoughts about ourselves.
It all comes back to something we all know already deep within our hearts.
Something that we have forgotten, when our focus has been to much on the outside world.
It’s when we remember again where that peace of mind is to be found, we naturally turn within.
When we are able to see it with the eyes of our souls how that peace lives already within every one of us.
When our minds quiet down and we get in contact with that feeling of peace, we remember.
We remember and get glimpses of who we are. Who we are from the core of our being.
And that’s when we are able to begin to use the true potential of our minds. Use both the gifts of our analytical and creative minds in harmony.
How can we find that feeling of peace from within?
The only place where we can ever find it is within our own hearts. Thinking that we may find it from somewhere else is an illusionary creation of our minds.
It’s when we go within and allow our minds to calm down, we are all naturally filled with these feelings of peace.
When we go within and connect more with that who we are, we always find that feeling of peace from our hearts.
Sharing an understanding that allows us to connect more with that deeper part within us, so that we can find our own answers from within, find that greater sense of wellbeing and have relationships that feel good.
