So many times we’re used to believe that in order for us to enjoy better relationships something outside of us needs to change.
We believe that in order for us to experience more love and a deeper connection the other person or our relationship needs to change.
What I’ve come to see and experience in my own life and in my relationships is something different.
Nothing outside of me needs to change and yet, I can find that feeling of love and connection again.
And in fact, when we first find that feeling of love and connection, we create the best environment for the change to happen.
We allow love to do the heavy lifting for us and allow our relationships to change more effortlessly.
In this audio I’ll share two examples with you how this has happened in my own life.
To get most out of the audio make sure to listen with an open and relaxed mind, like you would be listening to music or meditation. Because it’s in the quietness of our mind when we experience our own insights. These insights that are always there behind the change that we are looking for.
