Audio — Why love is always the underlying feeling in our relationships

Audio Why love is always the underlying feeling in our relationships

This is what I’ve come to see.

When it comes to my relationship, when it comes to all of our relationships, love is always this underlying feeling there.

It’s normal that we all get caught up in our thinking from time to time. I get caught up in my thinking, my partner gets caught up in his thinking, we all get caught up in our thinking and feel disconnected to the other person and unfulfilled when it comes to our relationships.

But when we see and understand where our experience is coming from, how our experience is not coming from the other person, but is created through our own thinking our whole experience changes.

We begin to see how nothing outside of us needs to change, and yet we can find that feeling of love and fulfillment again.

Why love is this underlying feeling when it comes to our relationships?

Because when we take away our own personal ideas and opinions, when we take away our own personal thinking, what we are left with is love.

To begin to recognize more how this is true you can listen to the audio below.

To get most out of the audio make sure to listen with an open and relaxed mind, like you would be listening to music or meditation. Because it’s in the quietness of our mind when we experience our own insights. These insights that are always there behind the change that we are looking for.
